By downloading, installing, or using Coachonix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Coachonix provides relationship coaching and contact management tools. The app helps you organize contacts, draft outreach messages, and develop relationship-building habits.

Coachonix is a productivity and coaching tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, or income advice. We make no representations about earnings or business outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Coachonix. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@coachonix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import, store, and use any contact information you add to the app. Do not import data belonging to individuals who have not consented to being contacted.

You agree to use contact data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and renew automatically on a recurring basis unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@coachonix.com for refund inquiries.

You agree not to:

• Use Coachonix to harass, deceive, spam, or engage in unlawful communications with contacts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.

Coachonix is a productivity and coaching tool designed to help professionals manage outreach and contacts. The app does not manage compensation plans, recruitment hierarchies, downline structures, or financial transactions of any kind.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this app complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those governing direct sales, network marketing, and consumer protection.

Coachonix does not endorse, sponsor, or affiliate with any direct sales company, network marketing organization, or business opportunity. Nothing in the app constitutes a representation that any particular business model or practice is lawful.

You agree not to use Coachonix to facilitate illegal pyramid schemes, fraudulent recruitment practices, or any activity that violates the rules of your direct sales company or applicable law.

Coaching responses and outreach drafts are generated by your coach and may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and using any coach-generated content at your own discretion.

All content, design, and software in Coachonix is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

Coachonix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific results from using the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coachonix and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from Settings › Data & Privacy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
